Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to serve as a Trainer. The role involves working closely with operations managers, area managers, production assistants, and associates to ensure customer build requirements are accurately understood and addressed.
The Trainer will continuously improve the long‑term capabilities of the assigned area by measuring production quality and quantity and applying learning tools to enhance both. They will develop and refine learning tools and techniques, measure effectiveness, and support the success of peak and non‑peak training plans.
Responsibilities- Maintain expert‑level knowledge of production departments and evaluate processes within work areas
- Refine learning tools and techniques to support associate development
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness of training and the impact of development efforts
- Improve associates’ job‑related skills through applied learning tools such as methods, checklists, and skill‑building agreements
- Identify areas for associate cross‑training and implement training to support objectives
- Support the updating of SOPs and SOP certification for associates and managers
- Assist in driving success of peak and non‑peak training plans
- Meet time commitments and deadlines, remain goal‑oriented, and check for understanding during training sessions
- Provide insight to area managers about training impact and areas for improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking in front of groups and one‑on‑one
- Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
- Ability to drive understanding using visual aids and recognize when additional attention is needed
- Ability to follow up on training actions and outcomes
- Proven people skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset
- Positive “can‑do” demeanor and a willingness to work in different areas as training needs arise
- Active listening skills
- Technical expertise and demonstrated ability to consistently meet 100% of expectations
- Understanding of upstream and downstream variances
- Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience
- Previous experience as a trainer or production assistant
- Excellent attendance record
Salary: $28/Hour
