Per diem, as-needed opportunities are now available for Instructional Aide Substitutes to provide one-on-one and small group support to students in structured classroom environments. YourResponsibilities:
- Offer direct support to students in classroom settings—both 1:1 and with small groups
- Follow teacher and staff direction to promote engagement and classroom success
- Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and full participation in learning activities
- Implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEP goals when required
- Supervise, support mobility, and help with personal care needs in a respectful manner
- Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Current TB test or willingness to obtain based on school policy
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
- Willingness to obtain any needed background clearances prior to starting
- Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Experience supporting children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is desirable but not essential
- Reliability, patience, and collaborative spirit

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
