Requirements:
1. Must meet background clearance from the Department of Justice & FBI 2. Must complete application packet to sent by the HR. 3. Must complete mandatory CIF Coaching Principles or Fundamentals of Coaching training and provide verification of completion. ( or (No out of pocket) Courses Offered by the District upon hire) 4. Certification in CPR & First Aid training and provide verification of completion.

(Must be approved by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or (No out of pocket) Courses Offered by the District upon hire) 5. Certification in Sudden Cardiac Arrest training and provide verification of completion. ( or (No out of pocket) Courses Offered by the District upon hire) 6. Certification in Concussion In Sports training and provide verification of completion. ( or (No out of pocket) Courses Offered by the District upon hire
7. Certification in Heat Illness Prevention training and provide verification of completion. ( or (No out of pocket) Courses Offered by the District upon hire) 8. Certification in AACCA Spirit Safety Certification – Cheer Coaches ONLY()
• TB Results - Only upon hire. As a condition of initial employment, all new hires must have a clear tuberculin exam within the past 60 prior to beginning work with Fremont Unified School District
