MRAM Product Development Engineer Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated MRAM Product Development Engineer to join our innovative design and test team. In this role, you will support and enhance STT-MRAM product process flows while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external foundry partners. Your work will drive new product introduction, process optimization, and yield improvement across the full development lifecycle.
Duties & Responsibilities- Analyze data from MRAM process steps and electrical test results at both wafer and packaged-chip levels
- Propose design and process experiments based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with foundry partners to drive continuous process improvements and maximize yield
- Troubleshoot and debug process drifts, identifying root causes and corrective actions
- Support new product introduction activities and general engineering tasks as assigned
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth development flow
- Recent, relevant experience in magnetic or spintronics devices, with strong understanding of underlying physics
- General knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography, deposition (metal/dielectric), metrology, etch/patterning, annealing, and metallization
- Familiarity with circuit design is a plus
- Strong programming and data-analysis skills; proficiency in C and Python
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of achievement in academic or industry environments
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field
