Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician to join their innovative team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be an integral part of the Powertrain Systems department supporting the design, development, and testing of advanced power delivery systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $46 per hour

• Prepare and assemble testing hardware for electrical systems down to the component level
• Troubleshoot testing hardware to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Perform high voltage enable/disable procedures following safety protocols
• Collaborate with design engineers to develop and refine test systems tailored to project needs
• Make, update, and repair wire harnesses for electric vehicle prototypes during development stages

• Passion for electric, autonomous mobility, and electrical systems development
• AS or Trade school certificate in mechatronics, electronics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• High voltage and low voltage safety training
• 4+ years of experience with automotive wire harnesses or electric vehicle systems
• Ability to read wire harness drawings, manage wire circuit lists, and operate test equipment
