As a Systems Engineer, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure all system configurations are compatible, efficient, and supportable. You’ll help identify potential issues before systems hit the bench, troubleshoot problems during integration, and provide technical insight into product development and customer-specific configurations.

• Validate and approve system builds for workstations, servers, and storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot compatibility issues and support Solutions Engineers with technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Integration to refine builds and documentation.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and platforms for readiness.
• Document hardware compatibility and known system limitations.

• 2+ years in a technical role involving hardware configuration or systems engineering.
• Built or supported complex computer systems and are fluent in server/workstation hardware.
• Diagnosed compatibility or performance issues involving CPUs, GPUs, memory, and storage.
• Worked cross-functionally with engineering, production, or technical support teams.
• Written clear technical notes, validation results, or process documentation.
