We are seeking a hands‑on Test Engineer IV to support advanced product development and manufacturing initiatives within a fast‑paced engineering environment. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy automated test systems and test stands while driving efficient, reliable testing processes for complex equipment and systems. • Design, develop, and implement automated test solutions for product development and manufacturing environments
• Build and deploy hands‑on test stands using industry best practices and standardized procedures
• Develop test fixtures, diagnostic programs, specifications, and testing documentation
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment across multiple phases of product development
• Coordinate testing schedules, equipment needs, and evaluation processes for standard and custom devices

• 4+ years of experience in test engineering, product validation, or manufacturing test environments
• 3+ years of experience with Python programming for test automation and scripting
• 3+ years of experience developing automated test systems and troubleshooting complex equipment
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building, deploying, and documenting test stands
• 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, test procedures, and diagnostic reports

• Experience supporting product development and manufacturing engineering teams
• Strong technical documentation and process improvement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced engineering environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be required in lab or testing environments
