Product Engineer

Join a cutting-edge engineering team focused on RF power systems supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role, you'll tackle complex technical and quality challenges across the product lifecycle, contributing directly to the development and reliability of systems used by leading chip makers worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to drive innovation, quality, and performance.

This is a high-impact role where your expertise in RF power systems directly contributes to technologies operating at atomic precision-powering innovation across the semiconductor industry.

• Lead technical problem-solving efforts across semiconductor equipment and RF power systems
• Drive supplier quality improvements, including root cause and corrective action processes
• Support new product introduction with a focus on engineering, quality, and manufacturability
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate on process and test improvements
• Analyze and improve manufacturing and testing processes using data-driven methodologies

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering and system-level problem-solving
• 10+ years working in high-power RF environments (1-60 MHz) with expertise in RF systems, transmission lines, and impedance matching
• 10+ years applying quality systems, product qualification, and engineering change processes in manufacturing environments

• Experience with PCB assembly, inspection, and testing
• Familiarity with advanced electrical measurement tools (e.g., network analyzers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
• Strong understanding of statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, DOE, GR&R, 8D, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, OSHA, IPC, UL, and IEEE
• Hands-on lab experience and strong analytical/problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments
