Hardware Validation Engineer will contribute to the design validation, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware products across platforms such as servers, networking equipment, and personal computing devices. This role will take ownership of test setup, independently execute verification and scale testing procedures, and conduct issue triage and support failure analyses.

• Test Environment Setup:
  Configure and maintain test stations for product validation. Define the appropriate hardware, software, and procedures to test products under real-world conditions.
• Verification and Scale Testing:
  Execute and refine test cases to assess performance, functionality, and scalability.

• Professional experience in hardware development, validation, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in server systems, including hardware components and diagnostic procedures.
• Familiarity with hardware such as network switches, power distribution systems, and personal computing devices, with the ability to assist in their integration or troubleshooting.
• Understanding of computer hardware architecture, including experience applying concepts like PCI-e, USB, and system buses in test or debug scenarios.
• Proficient with test and measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), and soldering/rework equipment, with experience applying them in lab or production environments. (Preferred)
• Experience with Python and Powershell for test automation and data analysis.
• Experience working with or troubleshooting management protocols (e.g., Redfish, IPMI) during validation or issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, PCIe.
