Position: Mechanical Engineer
Work Location: 4300 Cushing Parkway, Fremont, CA (Onsite - 5 days per week)
Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)
Max Rate: USD $70/Hr on Netwoven's W2
Shift: Regular M-F

Duties:
The role involves simulation support for design validation, optimization, testing, and data collection. The candidate will provide crucial design information to shape packaging technology and contribute directly to Etch Engineering.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in CFD/FEA simulation
• Ansys Fluent (or equivalent)
• Strong background in fluid mechanics & heat transfer
• Structural analysis expertise
• CAD (NX or equivalent)
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Preferred:
  Experience in additive manufacturing (AM) simulation

Top skills:

1. CFD & FEA simulation (Ansys fluent/ mechanical or equivalent)

2. CAD (NX or equivalent)

3. Fluid mechanics/ heat transfer

4. Preferred experience in additive manufacturing (AM) simulation

Education:

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME)
• OR Master of Engineering (MEng)
• OR Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred for specialized roles)

Interview Process:

• 1st Round:
  Virtual interview (1 hour)
• 2nd Round:
  On-site interview (3 hours)
