As a Field Applications Engineer you will interface with our customers, and internal product development, product marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design Testing:
Develop and execute test plans/fixtures to evaluate the performance of high-speed interfaces and identify potential issues.

* Prototype Development:
Assist in the local sample build process for high-speed cable & connector, ensuring that designs meet specifications.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with PCB designers, hardware engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity from concept to production.

* Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, test results, and analyses.

* Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve signal integrity issues during design and testing phases.

* Continuous Improvement:
Participate in industrial associations to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvements in signal integrity practices.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering, and electrical engineering preferred.

* Over 3 years of experience in the interconnect industry, with experience in working with cloud data center customers.

* Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines.

* Decisive, focused, and proactive drive for execution.

* Strategic and Innovative approach to complex engineering issues.

Timely communication with the Customers and cross functional departments.
