Laboratory Technician - Electrical Testing

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Fremont (CA) Laboratory team who is performing hands-on electrical tests to ensure that our clients from various industries (i.e., Appliances, HVAC, IT, Electronics, Energy, and many more) are using safe and certified products. * Technical High School (preferably related to electrical field).

* Experience in working in a similar electrical testing environment would be desired, but not mandatory. We are open to both Graduates and more experienced Technicians.

* Familiarity with IEC 62368, IEC 60950, IEC 61010 would be nice to have.

* Collaborative and a strong team player.

* Eager to learn.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

* Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must.

Total Rewards:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary.

This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
