We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer IV to support advanced product development and manufacturing initiatives within a fast-paced engineering environment. In this role, you ll design, develop, and deploy automated test systems and test stands while driving efficient, reliable testing processes for complex equipment and systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable test solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and implement automated test solutions for product development and manufacturing environments
• Build and deploy hands-on test stands using industry best practices and standardized procedures
• Develop test fixtures, diagnostic programs, specifications, and testing documentation
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment across multiple phases of product development
• Coordinate testing schedules, equipment needs, and evaluation processes for standard and custom devices

• 4+ years of experience in test engineering, product validation, or manufacturing test environments
• 3+ years of experience with Python programming for test automation and scripting
• 3+ years of experience developing automated test systems and troubleshooting complex equipment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and documenting test stands
• 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, test procedures, and diagnostic reports

• Experience supporting product development and manufacturing engineering teams
• Strong technical documentation and process improvement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
