What To Expect
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Wireless Network Engineer to lead the design, architecture, deployment, and optimization of enterprise wireless networks. This role serves as a technical leader responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance Wi‑Fi environments across factories, warehouses, and offices.
The candidate should combine deep wireless expertise with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
What You'll Do- Extensive experience in wireless solutions with IEEE 802.11 standards, encryption, WIDS, rogue detection, 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP‑TLS, wireless client chipset/driver, RF engineering for wireless planning, along with multi‑vendor technologies including Juniper Mist wireless, Aruba controller (AOS8), Cisco Meraki wireless, Aruba Clear Pass, and Splunk.
- Experience with Wi‑Fi 6/6E deployments and high‑density environments.
- Experience supporting IoT and wireless analytics platforms.
- Extensive experience with various wireless tools such as Spectrum Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, and Site Survey Tools.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible, APIs).
- Excellent organizational skills and solid team player.
- Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot high‑level, complex technical problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- 8+ years of experience in deploying and operating large global enterprise networking infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols (spanning‑tree, OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, end‑to‑end QoS, VLAN, VRRP, LACP, MC‑LAG, EVPN with VXLAN, ACL, NAC, and infrastructure cabling.
- Extensive experience in a multi‑vendor environment including Juniper, Arista, and Cisco.
- Extensive experience with Juniper SRX, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet firewall services including IPSEC VPN, URL filtering, and IDS/IPS.
- Experience with various tools such as Protocol Analyzer, SNMP, Netflow, IPAM, RADIUS, Splunk, network taps, and load/stress testing.
- Proficiency with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar).
- Preferred CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Compensation and benefits: $120,000 - $396,000 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay may vary based on location and qualifications.
