Act as the Facilities Manager's on-site representative when needed, addressing issues in real-time and ensuring smooth operations. Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for project planning and layout.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain records related to EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety), including chemical inventories, training documentation, waste management, and treatment systems. Leverage knowledge of hazardous materials and laboratory safety protocols to ensure compliance. Preferred:

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs to ensure proper alignment and safety.
- System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and electrical power distribution systems. Apply mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Preferred:
Mechanical aptitude, "tinkering,” and hands-on experience with tools. - Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Operate equipment, such as forklifts and scissor lifts, safely when required to facilitate project execution. Preferred:
Forklift and scissor lift qualification.

- Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office in preparing spreadsheets, Word documents, and presentations
- Attention to detail and ability to take careful notes for future reference
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
