Position
Product Line Manager – Applied Thin Film Products, Fremont, CA.
LocationVishay Applied Thin Film Products is located in Fremont, CA.
CompensationYearly Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000.
Responsibilities- Product management skills for developing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring year-over-year product line growth.
- Customer service experience for educating customers, customer service representatives on product lines, managing customer service issues, and developing resolutions to customer problems.
- Prior history and track record for leading and managing product lines, increasing sales and gross margins.
- Project management experience for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and leading teams to achieve specific goals and projects.
- Prior product development work for creating new or improved products.
- Proven competence in business development by analyzing market trends, tracking sales, and identifying new opportunities. Working with teams from finance, sales, marketing, and operations to execute strategies for growth.
- Ability to build strong positive working relationships and partnerships to expand the business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering, marketing, or field sales experience with technical products.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Proven examples of product line and portfolio growth experience are essential.
