We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and analyze advanced mechanical and electro-mechanical systems for high-tech applications. This role spans the full product lifecycle from concept development through design, testing, validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept through production
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and design validation
  • Perform detailed engineering analysis including thermal, structural, stress, vibration, fluid/gas flow, and manufacturability assessments
  • Design components using metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings
  • Develop engineering documentation aligned with industry standards and GD&T best practices
  • Create test plans, validation strategies, and technical reports to evaluate system performance
  • Prepare and present design reviews, technical documentation, and validation results to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure manufacturable, cost-effective, high-quality solutions
  • Support RCCA, FMEA, risk analysis, and technical problem-solving activities
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience
  • OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in high-tech or semiconductor equipment environments
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (Siemens NX required; Inventor a plus)
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer and thermal systems
  • Hands-on experience in experimental design, testing, and product development
  • Experience with RCCA, FMEA, and structured engineering problem-solving
  • Strong communication and technical presentation skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with vacuum systems and RF high-voltage applications
  • MATLAB and Simulink proficiency
  • Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
