Join an innovative engineering team focused on advancing additive manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing and rapid prototyping. In this role, you'll design and optimize components, support manufacturing processes, and help bring new product concepts to life using cutting‑edge tools and methods.

• Work on next‑generation additive manufacturing and digital design technologies
• Hands‑on role with advanced CAD tools and engineering processes
• Collaborative environment with opportunities to influence product design
• Long‑term contract with consistent onsite schedule and stability

• Design and support additive manufacturing processes including 3D printing and rapid prototyping
• Create and modify 3D models using NX CAD and apply solid modeling techniques
• Analyze and optimize material‑process‑design relationships
• Interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot manufacturing issues such as defects or porosity
• Develop test methods, perform inspections, and support failure analysis
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements and new technologies

• 2+ years of experience using NX CAD for 3D modeling and design (required, no exceptions)
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or related engineering field
• 3+ years of experience working with sheet metal and machined part design
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with Teamcenter PLM systems
• Experience with additive manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing or rapid prototyping
• Strong problem‑solving skills related to material and manufacturing processes
• Ability to support development of new processes, tools, and training materials

• Position is fully onsite in Fremont, CA (Monday‑Friday, 8:00AM‑5:00PM)
• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
• Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs
