- Design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods for systems and equipment used in product development and manufacturing.
- Develop and execute test strategies to validate product performance, reliability, and functionality.
- Create diagnostic programs, test procedures, and technical specifications for new products and equipment.
- Design and support test fixtures, tooling, and specialized test equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues during development and manufacturing activities.
- Support product qualification, verification, and validation testing.
- Plan labor requirements, schedules, equipment utilization, and testing resources for engineering projects.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions and product improvements.
- Work with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- Experience developing and executing test plans for complex systems and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Experience designing test fixtures and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), product development, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
