• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods for systems and equipment used in product development and manufacturing.
• Develop and execute test strategies to validate product performance, reliability, and functionality.
• Create diagnostic programs, test procedures, and technical specifications for new products and equipment.
• Design and support test fixtures, tooling, and specialized test equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues during development and manufacturing activities.
• Support product qualification, verification, and validation testing.
• Plan labor requirements, schedules, equipment utilization, and testing resources for engineering projects.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions and product improvements.
• Work with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience developing and executing test plans for complex systems and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Experience designing test fixtures and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), product development, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
