LITEMAX is seeking a proactive Product & Project Manager to support customer projects and business growth within the display, embedded computing, and industrial PC markets.
This role serves as the bridge between customers, engineering, sales, and operations teams. The successful candidate will work closely with customer engineering teams to develop new opportunities, manage project execution, and drive design‑in activities from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer projects from design‑in through production and lifecycle support.
- Work with sales teams to support customer visits and new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customer engineering, program management, and purchasing teams.
- Gather technical requirements and coordinate internal resources to develop solutions.
- Lead project schedules, milestones, issue resolution, and customer communications.
- Coordinate activities between customers and internal engineering, product management, operations, and manufacturing teams.
- Support quotations, project tracking, and opportunity forecasting.
- Drive new product introduction (NPI) and customer qualification activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing projects and generate additional business.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, product management, program management, or technical account management. With good sales background will also be considered.
- Experience with computer hardware, embedded systems, displays, IPCs, or other electronic products.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in display technology, industrial computing, embedded systems, or related industries.
- Familiarity with OEM design‑in cycles, NPI processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working directly with customer engineering teams.
- Knowledge of CRM and project management tools.
