This position is expected to start around August 2026 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e., through December 2026) or into Spring 2027 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time and on‑site, for most internships. International students who are working under CPT should consult their school about the ability to work 40 hours per week;

you must be able to work 40 hours per week on‑site. Many students will be limited to part‑time during the academic year.

• Assembly Technical Program Manager – Work with engineers and managers to develop timelines, track risks and progress, and provide outputs for cross‑functional teams. Responsible for setting standards for workflow, tools, and the growth plan for the manufacturing and process development team.
• Technical Product Manager – Define software features, integrate them on the manufacturing line, and solve problems that fall outside the scope of our software developers. Own the buildout of solutions in software and deploy them into production. Prefer candidates excited about manufacturing and technology and familiar with scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Technical Program Management – Cell Manufacturing Team – Lead manufacturing ramp and tool activity coordination, support new product introduction changes/trials, manage program roadmap and project list, and address gaps within the program. Ideal candidates have exposure to complex production lines, line balance, OEE, and KPI metrics.
• Cell Materials Manufacturing Technical Program Management – Develop and deploy new materials and processes for critical battery metals. Analyze product metrics, business cases, and schedules for large‑scale implementation and identify corrective measures.
• Battery Minerals & Metals, Project Engineer – Coordinate cross‑functional groups within and outside Tesla, interface with suppliers and third‑party firms, and resolve issues. Requires strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Project Management Administration – Manufacturing Department – Manage manufacturing projects in Ontario, handling scheduling, budgeting, and inventory. Requires project management and administration skills.
• Automation Engineering Technical Project Management – Execute projects from concept to launch, drive scope, schedule, and implementation, handle vendor relations, stakeholder management, and reporting. Preferred experience includes Agile methodology, schedule management, Jira, and factory/commissioning environments.
• Advanced Automation Technical Project Management – Manage technical projects at the Giga Factory in Texas, driving design and implementation of automated equipment and continuous process automation. Experience with Agile, Jira, industrial electrical panel design, PLC programming, and SCADA is preferred.
• Technical Project Management – Tesla 4680 staff team – Assist engineering leaders in technical decisions for the 4680 battery cell manufacturing program. Responsibilities include concept, launch, and full project lifecycle management. Experience in factory or commissioning environments and Agile methodology is desired.
• Cell Manufacturing Technical Project Management – Cell Electrode Team – Drive projects to expand throughput through continuous improvement and new capacity installations. Manage installation and commissioning of automated equipment and coordinate with design, process, controls, and operations teams.
