Volt is immediately hiring a Process Engineer in Fremont, CA.
As a Process Engineer, you will:
Work during all stages of the manufacturing process. These engineers can be designing innovative processes and equipment for a new facility or they can be involved in the modification and optimization of equipment and processes that are already in place.
Research and development of new equipment
Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem
Data collection, interpretation and report in writing
Installation of new equipment
Presentation of data and report to management and customer
Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high
This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:10pm PST.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required
2+ years in production or process engineering
Proven work experience in process engineering
Familiarity with Microsoft word, excel and power point
CAD or Auto Cad skills
Excellent technical skills
Experience in process simulations
Knowledge of process related standards
Pay rate: $38.00- $45.00/ per hour DOE
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
