Sr. Engineer
Sound technical knowledge of electrical and electromechanical concepts and applications components, schematics, electrical system, PCB, cable and harness. 5 years with schematic drafting, layout, DfM, and assembly coordination. CAD and PCB design and tools like E3S, Eplan, etc. Component selection; alternate source identification and FFF validation. BOM analysis / comparison (module impact and structure analysis). Product lifecycle methodology and PLM / ERP tools.
Engineering change management methodology. Environmental directives and compliance (RoHS/REACH/WEEE). Safety compliance (UL/CSA/FCC). Materials management risk analysis and LTB estimation. Interconnect cables and harnessing. Electronic racks, cabinets, boxes and control consoles. Write technical documents, specifications, designs, test procedures, test reports.
