About the Role

We are seeking a Process Technician III to support process development and R&D activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll work closely with Process Engineers to set up equipment, execute experiments, collect and analyze data, and help optimize manufacturing processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with semiconductor processing experience who enjoys hands‑on technical work and contributing to cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Support Process Engineers with wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) testing and experimental setup.
  • Operate semiconductor processing equipment following engineering-defined recipes.
  • Execute process test runs and collect technical data.
  • Measure and document process results, including thin film thickness, wafer performance, and other process parameters.
  • Prepare records, charts, and reports for engineering review.
  • Assist with troubleshooting process equipment and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical support for process development and R&D activities.
  • Maintain a safe and organized cleanroom work environment.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree, technical certificate, diploma, or higher in Semiconductor Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of semiconductor manufacturing or process technician experience.
  • Experience operating wafer fabrication equipment.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE and cleanroom attire.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work a compressed graveyard shift schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PECVD and PVD processing equipment
    , especially Lam Research tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
  • Team player with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting engineering and R&D teams.

Compressed Graveyard Shift

  • Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday
  • OR
  • Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday
