Pave Talent is seeking an experienced plant reliability engineer for a multi-site operation in California. You will own equipment reliability across reactors, mixing vessels, pumps, valves, and instrumentation, plus the utilities and process-support systems that keep them alive.
The first Fremont plant is live and a second is under construction. You will work hands-on, read P&IDs, troubleshoot 90% in-house, and partner with corporate engineering on the toughest issues.
