Engineering Services Specialist

Fremont, CA (On-site)

Pay: $39.36/hour

Full-Time Contract | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week

We're seeking an Engineering Change Services (ECS) Specialist to join a leading engineering organization in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in engineering change management, PLM systems, CAD tools, and documentation control who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECR/ECO) from creation through final closure.
• Research and validate engineering documentation, parts, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Managers with engineering change activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure design changes align with manufacturing requirements.
• Track documentation, approvals, and engineering change metrics.
• Facilitate design review meetings, document key decisions, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Update engineering drawings and specifications based on design revisions.
• Support ISO documentation, configuration management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate change implementation across cross-functional teams while maintaining quality and schedule.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (
  Required
  ).
• Experience with engineering change management (ECR/ECO) and documentation control.
• Strong understanding of configuration management and PLM processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, graphing).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Experience with Teamcenter PLM

• Familiarity with CAD software such as NX, Solid Works, or Creo

• Experience working with PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or Agile
