Sr. Engineer
Sound technical knowledge of electrical and electromechanical concepts and applications components, schematics, electrical system, PCB, cable and harness. 5 years with schematic drafting, layout, DfM, and assembly coordination. CAD and PCB design and tools like E3S, Eplan, etc. Component selection; alternate source identification and FFF validation. BOM Analysis / Comparison (Module Impact and Structure Analysis). Product Lifecycle Methodology and PLM / ERP tools.
Engineering change management methodology. Environmental Directives & Compliance (RoHS/REACH/WEEE). Safety Compliance (UL/CSA/FCC). Materials Mgmt Risk analysis & LTB estimation. Interconnect Cables and Harnessing. Electronic Racks, Cabinets, Boxes and Control Consoles. Write technical documents, Specifications, Designs, Test Procedures, Test Reports.
