Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Power Conversion, or a related field.

The position requires up to 25% travel, including international trips to Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities:- Develop and assess high-power power conversion systems
- Contribute to advanced R&D projects and prototype development
- Conduct efficiency optimization, thermal analysis, and system validation
- Lead lab testing, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting
- Translate customer needs into engineering solutions
- Collaborate with global R&D teams
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with high-voltage power systems
- Strong background in lab validation and system optimization
- Ability to work on advanced development projects
- Interest in customer-focused problem-solving
- Salary range: $180K–$200K
- 20% bonus potential
- Travel: 20–25% including international trips
