Job Title
Experience as a Field Support Engineer or Product Support Engineer for semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
Proven electro-mechanical troubleshooting expertise with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Skilled in helium leak detection and verification processes.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up-like R&D lab environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation (schematics, P&IDs, and procedures).
Ability to learn and apply specialized software tools and diagnostic applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus for global support).
