Process Engineer, Quality Engineering
Contract: 2-Year Contract (Temp-to-Hire)
Conversion: Eligible for permanent conversion after 6 months based on performance and business needs.
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to support semiconductor process engineering activities in a cleanroom environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment who enjoy working with advanced technology and laboratory processes.
Responsibilities- Perform process experiments and wafer processing activities
- Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Collect and analyze process data using metrology tools
- Assist with process recipe creation and optimization
- Perform inspections and measurements to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and process activities
- Support engineers with process development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow cleanroom protocols and all safety procedures
- Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Experience troubleshooting or supporting semiconductor equipment
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE (bunny suit)
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
