Who are we looki

ng for?
We are looking for a Process Engineer who’s ready to dive into optimizing our operations! Under the guidance of our Engineering Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our key products on point with Statistical Process Control. You’ll bring your engineering skills to the table to boost first pass yields, streamline processes, and drive cost improvements. What will you

• be doing?
  Monitor processes closely and oversee SPC related activities for critical
• processes
  
  Daily monitoring of production for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and consistency with documented work
• practices
  
  Determine root causes for out-of-control products as well as other product failures and follow through with correcti
• ve actions
  
  Manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) as assigned and ensure timely closeout of reports and drive root cause, corrective action resolution and minimize repeat common o
• ccurrence.
  
  Write and modify Work Instructions for existing
• products.
  
  Supports the transition from pilot to full-scale manufacturing through process documentation, batch validation, and operator
• training.
  
  Ability to lead process engineering related Capita
• l Projects Troubleshoot and resolve process equipment related
• problems.
  
  Collaborate with Maintenance/Production and follow proper Management of Change protocol on equipment repairs and process changes to ensure maximum proc
• ess safety
  
  Function as secondary resource for Plant EHS Activities such as waste management shipment coordination, permit compliance monitoring, external and internal auditing, and EHS systems performance

  Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and oversee execution of equipment and instrumentation calibrati

• ho are You?
  Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from four-year
• university.
  5 to 8 years related experience preferred in a process engin
• eering role.
  
  Over 3 years in chemical synthesis, preferably in batch

operations.
