WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an Engineering Change Services Engineer
, you will play an important role in managing engineering changes from initiation through final approval.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate and manage Engineering Change Orders through closure
- Research documentation for parts and assemblies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Managers with engineering change activities
- Work closely with Engineers and Designers on BOM and design solutions
- Manage part numbers, Bills of Materials, and change orders
- Prepare documentation for change control boards
- Track documents from initiation through final approval
- Develop, track, and report key metrics
- Support ISO-related documentation and engineering releases
- Update drawings based on model changes
- Support engineering teams with drawing and specification updates
- Coordinate action items, decisions, and follow-up activities
We're looking for an engineer who is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Required:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Actual hands-on experience with Siemens NX CAD
- Experience with engineering change management or configuration management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and document decisions and action items
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Solid Works or Creo experience
- Experience with Enovia, Windchill, or Agile PLM

Pay Rate: $41.00-$46.43/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Shift: Regular Day Shift
Duration:
Approximately 2 years
Position Type: Contract
The requisition specifies an estimated duration of two years and an on-site Monday–Friday schedule.
