Enphase Energy is a global energy technology company and a leading provider of solar, battery, and electric vehicle charging products. Founded in 2006, our innovative microinverter technology revolutionized solar power, making it a safer, more reliable, and scalable energy source. Today, the Enphase Energy System enables users to make, use, save, and sell their own power. Enphase is also one of the most successful and innovative clean energy companies in the world, with more than 87 million products shipped across 160 countries.
Enphase is now extending its proven distributed power architecture beyond residential and commercial solar into large-scale infrastructure with the IQ Solid-State Transformer (IQ SST) — a GaN-based, semiconductor- and software-defined power platform purpose-built for AI and hyperscale data centers. Each IQ SST rack combines hundreds of intelligent power modules operating in a coordinated series/parallel configuration to convert medium-voltage grid power directly to 800V DC, and the platform is designed to scale to gigawatt-level deployments.
Join us in bringing this next-generation product from engineering validation to full-scale manufacturing.
The Senior Program Manager, IQ SST Product Development is a mission-critical role responsible for driving the IQ SST program from engineering development through New Product Introduction (NPI) and into high-volume manufacturing. This role sits at the center of the program, bringing together Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing/Operations to ensure a technically complex, large-scale hardware system is delivered on time, at quality, and s role requires exceptional cross-functional coordination to translate engineering designs into a manufacturable, sourceable, and scalable production plan.
You will be the person who ensures that all functional groups stay in lockstep.
- Own end-to-end program execution for IQ SST, driving the product through the complete development lifecycle — design, validation, pilot builds, and volume ramp — on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering (HW/SW/firmware), Procurement, and Manufacturing, translating technical requirements into sourcing and production plans and surfacing manufacturing/supply constraints back into design decisions early.
- Build and maintain the integrated program schedule across engineering milestones, component qualification, supplier lead times, tooling, and production ramp.
- Partner with Procurement to drive component sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and qualification for a high-volume, semiconductor-heavy bill of materials, including domestic/US manufacturing considerations.
- Partner with Manufacturing/Operations to plan and execute pilot and production line readiness, including line balancing, yield ramp, and capacity planning for large-scale module production.
- Identify, track, and drive resolution of cross-functional risks and dependencies (design changes, part shortages, tooling delays, compliance/regulatory holds) before they impact schedule.
- Provide regular program status, dashboards, and executive-level updates, clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional design reviews, build readiness reviews, and change management processes to keep Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing aligned on scope and timing.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements (including relevant grid, safety, and data center standards) are integrated into the program plan from the outset.
- Champion process improvements and tooling (dashboards, automation) to scale program execution as IQ SST moves from pilot to gigawatt-scale volume.
- Drive productive uses of AI…
