Test Engineer

Job Title

Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining test process instructions (TPI) for production, training production employees on test processes, troubleshooting and performing root-cause analysis, preparing complex test and diagnostic programs, coding on test scripts, high-end server configurations, developing overall integration & test strategy and schedule test plans & scripts, designing test fixtures and equipment, completing specifications and procedures for new products, setting parameters and testing customer samples, installing hardware into racks and labeling/running cables, building systems to drawing packages including loading applications and operating systems, and reviewing test equipment and capacity.

Experience working on complex problems where analysis or data requires evaluation and identifiable factors and interacting with leadership on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers is also required.

Bachelor Degree. Minimum of 0-3 years related experience.

Compensation: $75,/yr
