Drive quality planning activities, establishment of best practices and quality assurance activities throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept through production release.
Drive FMEA, risk assessments, and Design for Reliability (DFR) practices to identify and mitigate product risks early.
Provide technical leadership for reliability, failure analysis, and corrective action activities.
Review and approve design changes, component qualifications, and manufacturing readiness decisions.
Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership on quality, reliability, and risk-based decision making.
Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented and sustained.
