We're looking for a Principal, EV Technical Talent Acquisition to help us build one of the strongest engineering teams in the industry.
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about identifying and engaging world‑class engineering talent.
You will personally lead executive search and technical recruiting for critical EV engineering positions, including:
- Battery Systems
- Mechanical / Structural Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Thermal Management
- CAE / Simulation
- Technical Fellows
- Principal Engineers
You'll work directly with engineering leadership to identify, approach, and recruit exceptional technical talent from companies such as:
- Tesla
- Rivian
- Lucid
- Scout Motors
- GM
- Ford
- BMW
- Magna
- AVL
- FEV
- Proven success recruiting senior EV technical talent
- Strong direct sourcing and executive search capability
- Deep understanding of the North American automotive engineering market
- Passion for building engineering organizations—not simply filling positions
This is a hands‑on individual contributor role
. You’ll personally drive talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, executive recruiting, and offer closing for our most strategic engineering hires.
You won’t be measured by the number of requisitions you close—you’ll be measured by the engineering capability you help build.
