XThis role is fully onsite in Fremont, CA.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Applied Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in epitaxial growth.
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. or advanced degree related to Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or Material Science.
- 8 years of experience working in an epitaxial growth manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with technical problem solving and collaborative innovation.
- In depth knowledge of semiconductor materials in optoelectronic applications.
- In depth tool understanding of MOCVD and experience driving solutions in a high volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to drive resolution of complex issues as part of cross-functional teams.
