Mechanical Design Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation cooling solutions for high-performance computing and AI data center applications.

• Design and develop mechanical components and cooling solutions for AI data center and hyperscale server applications
• Create 3D CAD models and support design analysis, simulation, and DFM evaluation
• Support prototype development, design verification, sample evaluation, and testing
• Troubleshoot mechanical and manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and design optimization
• Collaborate with R&D teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers throughout the product development cycle
• Support NPI, mass production, and continuous product improvement

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Engineering, or a related engineering field
• 1+ year of mechanical engineering or related industry experience
• Proficiency in Creo, Solid Works, or similar 3D CAD tools
• Experience with product design, prototyping, testing, or manufacturing is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers
• Hands-on approach to design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel to Asia is a plus

For Pay Transparency-Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - $140,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
