We are seeking a Senior Manager for our facility team to join the Fremont laser fab. Successful candidates will have a strong background and understanding of expanding and managing semiconductor facilities .. You will lead a facilities team, drive facility reliability initiatives, support manufacturing capacity expansion, and ensure uninterrupted operation of fabrication and manufacturing facilities. The position requires close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, and external contractors to enable world-class fab performance.

• Lead daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of all facility and utility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical systems including:
• Electrical power distribution
• Emergency power systems
• HVAC and cleanroom systems
• Process cooling water (PCW)
• DI water
• Wastewater treatment systems
• Specialty gas delivery systems
• Vacuum systems
• Chemical distribution systems
• Compressed dry air (CDA)
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Establish and monitor facility KPIs including uptime, MTBF, MTTR, energy consumption, and utility system performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for utility or facility-related excursions.

• Maintain cleanroom environmental performance including:
• Temperature control
• Humidity control
• Airflow management
• Particle control
