Highlights- Focus on advising clients rather than prospecting, supported by a dedicated business development team
- Advisors work within a planning-focused environment with a robust and comprehensive investment offering including in-house research capabilities
- Serve high net worth and ultra-high net worth Bay Area individuals and families with sophisticated planning needs, including tax, estate, and equity compensation planning
- Flexible hybrid schedule with approximately 50% in-office attendance
- Compensation:
- Financial Advisor $150,000+ first year compensation package including a significant base salary, as well as incentives tied to new assets, referrals, and business development participation
- Senior Financial Advisor $300,000+ first year compensation package including a significant base salary, as well as incentives tied to new assets, referrals, and business development participation
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and families
- Strong financial planning and relationship management skills
