Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial accounting operations, internal and external reporting, and financial forecast and analysis functions.
• Lead a team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, robust forecasting, and insightful analysis.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and analyze assumptions.
• Provide clear commentary on financial performance, variances, and trends.
• Streamline and improve financial processes, systems, and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Computer industry work experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven expertise in month-end closing, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skill of Chinese/ Mandarin is a plus.
