As a Dietary Aide, you are an essential part of our residents' dining experience.

• Meal Service: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to prescribed resident diets.
• Kitchen Support: Help with setting up trays, clearing dining areas, and ensuring food is delivered timely and accurately.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and following food safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Support the Dietary Supervisor and Cooks to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during meal times.

• Reliability: Someone who is punctual and dedicated to their shift.
• Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and interact warmly with residents and staff.
