Unlicensed Clinical Social Worker - Outpatient UCSF Washington Oncology Clinic - HYBRID

Salary Range: $48.03 - $64.83 + applicable differentials

The Unlicensed Clinical Social Worker provides social service support to Oncology patients and families in the outpatient setting. They collaborate with the staff to meet needs of patients through direct interventions as well as assisting with community resources and participating in interdisciplinary care to oncology patients. Serves as a resource to the patients for psychosocial support as well as care coordination.

In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, they may be assigned to other duties as required.

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Current Oncology Social Work Certificate (OSW-C) preferred.
• Oncology experience is required - either inpatient, but preferred outpatient - minimum 5 years.
• Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• EPIC/BEACON competency is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ideally able to assist with community support groups and presentations to support Oncology population.
• Knowledge of reporting abuse, Title 22, and Patient Rights regulations required.
