Overview
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Alameda County. In this role, you'll provide in-home physical therapy visits to patients in their homes, working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a supportive local clinical team. - Provide in-home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PT
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
- Document visits in Well Sky/Kinnser in a timely manner
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active California PTA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes around Alameda County
- Home healthcare experience
- Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)
- $65-85/visit + $30/hour for training
- Mileage reimbursement

- $500 signing bonus for full-time PTA, paid as:
- $100 after completion of your first patient visit
- $400 after 90 days of active employment, contingent on meeting role expectations and performance standards
