The Training Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fremont, CA. The Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality safety training, creating effective instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role will also involve engaging with clients on-site, providing excellent customer service, and designing programs tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in delivering effective instructional sessions and workshops
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements
• Ability to create tailored training programs and implement real-time simulations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in safety training or emergency response is a plus
