Vice President of Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations responsible for driving operational excellence and overseeing pharmacy operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent production and service quality across pharmacy sites Lead and mentor pharmacy teams while managing staffing models and performance management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement operational standards and improvements

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred At least 10 years of industry-related experience, including 3 years in upper management roles Experience leading multi-site teams with measurable performance improvements Deep understanding of cycle-fill pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance Proven ability to create and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
