Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a full‑time or part‑time/per diem
Occupational Therapist to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in Northern California's Bay Area. In this role, you will provide high‑quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and work with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient‑centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide in‑home occupational therapy evaluations and treatments according to the physician's plan of care
  • Assess patients' strength, coordination, mobility, and ability to function safely at home
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and progress
  • Help patients improve independence with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, mobility, and home safety
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe movement
  • Document evaluations, visits, and progress in Well Sky/Kinnser in a timely manner
  • Communicate patient progress, concerns, and changes in condition to the care team and physician
  • Supervise COTAs in accordance with state guidelines
  • Participate in care planning, case conferences, and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy)
  • Active California Occupational Therapist license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
  • Home Healthcare experience
  • Experience documenting in the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred, but not required
Rates
  • $40–150/hour
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Cellular device reimbursement
  • Eligibility for Obran Cooperative membership and profit‑sharing

Salary Range Disclaimer:
The rates listed represent the low and high end of the range for this position. Visit and reimbursement rates vary based on visit type and employment status (1099 or W2). Rates may be adjusted in the future, and employees will be notified of these changes.
