This is a hybrid role with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite.

• Initiating Contact and Evaluation:
  Engage with potential candidates, assess resumes, conduct insightful interviews, and orchestrate seamless hiring procedures.
• Exceptional Service:
  Deliver unparalleled customer service to all candidates (and customers when needed), fostering robust communication channels with our on-site teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Organizational Excellence:
  Maintain meticulous organization of candidate and job order files, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Compliance and Coordination:
  Uphold adherence to federal and state regulations, diligently coordinating pre-placement testing when necessary.
• Adaptable Support:

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  Previous experience in staffing or recruitment is preferred, but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to effectively recruit for high-volume, non-exempt positions; strong multitasking ability; ability to work well within a team while delivering individual results; excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with long periods of computer work
• Technical Proficiency:
  Ability to learn technology platforms for the job; solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, enabling you to analyze data, create reports, and perform other tasks effectively.
