Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $137,200 - $184,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead to recruiting day-to-day operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent in support of business growth. This role manages a team of recruiters and ensures delivery of high-quality candidate experience while meeting hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Recruiters and coordinators.
Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement
- Drive standardization and optimization of recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Lead adoption of recruiting technologies and automation tools.
- Improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
Metrics & Reporting
- Analyze recruiting metrics including:
- Time to Fill
- Time to Submit
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Candidate Satisfaction
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting.
- Recommend process improvements based on data and trends.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Promote employer brand initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
- 2+ years in high growth and/or company expansions.
- 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, supply chain, or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
