The impact you'll makeLam is embarking on a Global Indirect Procurement Transformation. The Manager of Procurement Digital Strategy, Data and Analytics will lead strategic initiatives to modernize procurement operations, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize procurement activities through innovative digital solutions. This role will develop Lam's procurement digital landscape, data strategy, and an approach to automation, including AI, where appropriate. The Manager will implement and manage a global spend transparency solution and other foundational capabilities that help enable Lam Procurement to deliver cost savings, manage supplier risk, and deliver a better end-user experience.
Leadership will be crucial in navigating a dynamic environment and supporting the company's strategic goals.
- Digital Strategy Development:
Create and execute a digital strategy for procurement that aligns with the company s overall business objectives. - Data Analytics:
Create, deploy and utilize advanced data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the procurement function. - Technology Implementation:
Lead the adoption and integration of procurement technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain. - Process Optimization:
Streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Supplier Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, leveraging digital tools to improve collaboration and performance. - Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives and procurement strategies. - Compliance:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. - Enable supplier contract management, supplier negotiations, and comprehensive supplier management strategies based on global/regional/local business environments.
- Represent Indirect Procurement management on cross-functional teams that focus on digital tech, digital transformation and data.
- Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, IT or related area, with a focus on digital strategy, data analytics and large-scale transformation.

- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are an asset.
